Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and recording patients' progress, including changes in vital signs and symptoms.

• Providing basic bedside care, such as wound dressing, catheter insertion, and other nursing procedures.

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and infection control procedures.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York.

• Diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program.

• Proven experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a healthcare setting.
